Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your cronctl subscription. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how cancellations work. It supplements — and never reduces — any mandatory rights you have under consumer protection law.
1. Free plan first
cronctl offers a free plan with no time limit, so you can evaluate the core service before paying. We encourage you to test your workloads on the free plan before upgrading.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If cronctl is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase — no questions asked. This applies once per customer and covers the first charge only, not renewals.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate payment, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — contact us and we will refund the difference in full.
5. Extended service outages
If a prolonged outage on our side materially prevented you from using the service, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period. Missed or delayed individual executions are handled under our Terms of Service and do not by themselves qualify for refunds.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account's email address with your invoice number or the approximate charge date. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Paddle.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the withdrawal or refund rights granted to consumers by applicable law, including Turkish distance-sales regulations and EU consumer protection rules where they apply to you.
