Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cronctl, a cron scheduling and endpoint monitoring service operated by Karageyik Yazılım ve Bilişim Sanayi LTD ŞTİ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
cronctl lets you schedule HTTP requests to endpoints you control or are authorized to call, monitor their availability and response behavior, receive alerts through notification channels, and publish status pages. Features vary by subscription plan and are described on our pricing page.
We continuously improve the service and may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality of your paid plan, we will notify you in advance.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use cronctl. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you use cronctl on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may only schedule requests and monitor endpoints that you own or have explicit permission to call. You must not use cronctl to perform denial-of-service attacks, load testing against third parties, vulnerability scanning without authorization, credential stuffing, scraping in violation of a target's terms, or any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service itself, circumvent plan limits or security controls, or resell the service without our written consent. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we may block destinations (such as private network ranges) to protect our infrastructure and third parties.
4. Plans, billing, and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles checkout, payment, applicable sales taxes, and issues your invoice or receipt; we do not store your full card details. Prices, plan limits, and included features are listed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice — changes take effect at your next billing period. cronctl is operated by Karageyik Yazılım ve Bilişim Sanayi LTD ŞTİ.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and downgrade or suspend paid features after a grace period. Taxes may be added where required by law. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the configuration, endpoints, secrets, and data you submit to cronctl. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your configuration, executing the requests you schedule, recording execution results, and displaying them back to you and to your status page visitors where you choose to publish them.
Secrets stored in the vault are encrypted and injected only into requests you configure. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability and disclaimers
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Scheduled executions may occasionally be delayed, retried, or missed; monitoring and alerting are best-effort signals, not a guarantee that you will be notified of every incident affecting your systems.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and independent safeguards for critical workloads.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except to truthfully describe your use of the service.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.
Upon account deletion, your data is removed from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings where you reside.
